Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet session held today in Riyadh on the state’s general budget for the fiscal year 1445/1446 Hijri (2024).
The Cabinet reviewed the items of the budget and issued its decision regarding the state’s general budget for the fiscal year 1445/1446 Hijri (2024), which includes the following:
1-Revenues are estimated at (SAR1,172,000,000,000) one trillion one hundred seventy-two billion Saudi riyals.
2-Expenditures shall be approved in the amount of (SAR1,251,000,000,000) one trillion two hundred fifty-one billion Saudi riyals.
3-The deficit is estimated at (SAR79,000,000,000) seventy-nine billion Saudi riyals.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques directed the ministers and officials to actively commit to implementing the development and social programs and projects included in the budget.
