Ministers, Governors, Members of Shura Council Take the Oath of Office, before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
Ministers, governors, and members of the Shura Council, recently, appointed by royal orders to their new positions, took the oath of office, before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at Al-Yamamah palace, in Riyadh today.
The following new ministers took the oath before the monarch: Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and member of the Council of Ministers; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers; Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, Minister of Education; and Turki bin Abdullah Al-Shabanah, Minister of Media.
The following governors were sworn in before the King; Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Assir Region, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf Region.
Then, the following members of the Shura Council also took the oath; Mohammed bin Hamoud; Hazza bin Bakr Al-Qahtani and Bandar bin Mohammed Assiri.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, and Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers.
